Cultivate Community

Well, hello there!

My name is Emily Weerts and it’s great to (virtually) meet you.

It is my mission to cultivate a wildly supportive community. I am passionate about helping groups capture insight from diverse stakeholders in order to design plans that push organizations forward. I believe that purpose finding and strategy work can be both playful and impactful.

I have worked in Austin area nonprofits for over a decade and started Wildly Supportive to provide consulting, coaching, and facilitation to groups and individuals looking for a people-centered approach to strategic planning and community building. My work is concerned with increasing equity and inclusivity and is rooted in intersectional social justice.

I work closely with clients to develop a plan that meets your unique needs. I nerd out about about approaches for capturing everyone’s input. I pull from existing methods like Liberating Structures and Community First Program Design, and craft custom exercises designed to define purpose and move ahead boldly.

I’m excited to collaborate! Contact me about how I can support you and your vision today.
