Upon receipt of all of the required information plus application fee and deposit, landlord will review information to make a decision on whether or not the lease application will be approved. Criteria that landlord will use to make a decision will include current income, assets, employment history, credit history information, criminal background information, rental history, accuracy and completeness of application information, etc.
